The easiest way to book our transfer service is by filling in the Booking Form down below. You can also get in touch with us by sending an SMS text message to +3670-452-6767 or by sending an email to info@privattranszfer.hu .

Booking Guide:

1. Fill in the Booking Form down below.
2. Our colleague will send you a fee offer in a feedback email within 12 hours. In case you accept our offer, you will need to let us know in a reply email.
3. One day before the pick-up, we will send you another email with the name and phone number of your driver. Also, we will kindly request you to confirm your booking. Please note that if we don’t receive a confirmation email from you, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
4. On the day of the pick-up, your driver will get in touch with you via SMS text message.
5. You can pay the fixed fee of the ride at the driver after they have taken you and your luggage to the chosen destination.

We suggest booking your ride 48 hours in advance if possible. We will send you a feedback email within 12 hours.

If your pick-up is at the airport, our ‘meet & greet service’ is included in the transfer fee.
